"Emmie was wonderful when we checked in. The room was great! Loved our view! The only bad part was due to rain, they closed the pool for the whole day. Couldn’t even go relax by the pool."

"Giving our stay “Okay” due to room issues. The ceiling in our room started steadily leaking while we were sleeping during our last night. We could smell mold in the closet as well. The wall had major water damage because the wall was distorted and not in tact. The waterpark and pool area were great. Staff was wonderful and friendly at pool/waterpark area, restaurants, Hippie Fish, etc. Additionally, if you have young kids ensure you get a room that has a tub when you check in."

"The room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We were able to check in late. They conveniently had a washer and dryer and convenience area where you could buy things like laundry detergent, snacks, and feminine items. The breakfast was very good, it included everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and cheddar bagels with cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, and butter to go along with it. They also had a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings such as glazed walnuts, raisins, and brown sugar....

"Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. Front desk staff was very nice. We were going to stay another night due to...
