"We liked the pool,lazy river and splash pad. Even though the lazy river was not very clean. staff was not knowledgeable. Waitresses could not get a two item request right. We had to get moved because of a faulty A\C. This took 2 days. Then we were moved into a room with ants."

"The room was very clean and fresh. We were in room 219 so we heard the elevators all night on one side, and heard the front entry door slamming directly below our window. We turned the thermostat as low as it would allow but the temp in the room never dropped below 73. This was too hot to sleep comfortably and I had wondered why I saw two people carrying in box fans. "This place is our go to! Best location, right on the beach and access to boardwalk! Rooms are awesome with great views! Staff are friendly and helpful! Breakfast is a nice bonus in the am!"

"No microwave, no room service, didn't empty waste baskets, asked for help with room safe, never came, visited area attractions...temperature was 102..returned with half-full bottles of water and Diet Coke and was forced to dump them. Only real positive was a luggage handler named Ryan...very polite, efficient, and most helpful to my lady friend who is disabled and has difficulty walking."
