Staff could not do enough, consistently good. Hotel is connected to a multitude of public transport options, all within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Do try and get the breakfast rate as it is excellent value, the range of options was enormous even a glass of bubbly with your breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for s luxury break.

The location is truly amazing being right next door to the Brandenburg gate. We had heard that this was a superb hotel to stay in and it was.

My stay was exactly what I hoped for. Nice staff, good parking facilities, good breakfast and comfortable bed.

Reception closed all weekend, sth not informed about when checking in Friday at 18:00!!! Thus we were not able to settle bill in morning B4 leaving. Result: CC used only for guarantee was charged :( 24hrs check-in means automat requiring a pin-code. Nice room with ok size TV. Lovely surroundings. Clean. Good shower/bathroom. Good breakfast which we were not able to enjoy as didn't start until 08:00 on Sat/Sun (we had to leave at 08:15 to catch a ferry). No cofffee/tea facility in room.

What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. Very convenient for the station and central Berlin. Modern , well equipped, friendly and helpful staff,good sized rooms. Very pleased we chose there for our Berlin stay

Perfect airport hotel. Just a very easy short walk over a paved area to the terminal buildings. Everything was in new condition and the airport noise was minimal from the well glazed windows when closed. We did not try the restaurant. You could even check in and print your own luggage labels in the entrance hall. Excellent stay.

Lovely hotel chain, beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable bed and bedding. There is a small kitchen which was absolutely adequate for our short stay. Our studio room was overlooking the river with amazing views - I would definitely recommend this side rather than the city view. We stayed at the Casa Campa for 3 nights in April for a city break. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they made us feel very welcome and were happy to give suggestions of places to visit or eat, also gave us a very handy map! The 24 hour Buffet on the 7 floor is a most excellent idea, the food was always fresh and varied, from sandwiches , fruit crisps and sweets as well as delicious deserts, breakfast is served until 2pm!! The biggest hotel room I've ever had. It had 3 windows. Amazing bathroom, so spacious, 2 sinks, bath and a separate shower. So modern, quiet, we had a great stay
