"Staff were super friendly. Our room had an odd smell the entire time, the bathroom door wouldn't close entirely and the room just felt humid the whole time despite running the in-room air conditioner. Pool could have been warmer but my kids didn't care."

"DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I’ve stayed here yearly since 2022, but this time, we were told our room was in “the other building”. This “other building” was in a different parking lot and had several boarded up windows/door. Parking lot full of garbage and dog feces. First floor smelled like feces. Filthy carpet.
