"This was the worst place I have stayed in, bar none. I booked what was advertised as a 3* accommodation, and was a 1* at best. There was even a notice in the room confirming this. The property is obviously being rundown, with an old couple supposedly in charge. None of the advertised amenities were open, so no bars or drinks or food at all. The pool wasn't maintained or cleaned at all. The rooms were dirty and never cleaned , so no sweeping, mopping, or cleaning of the kitchen area or bathroom...

"Hotellet er det lækreste og flotteste i Malia indre by (dem ved stranden så vi dog ikke nærmere på), og ser meget luksuriøst ud med det store barområde/loungeområde, god musik og hyggelige restaurant-område med VIRKELIG god mad. Vi fandt ud af, at stedet er en attraktion i sig selv på grund af maden og vinen. Værelset vi fik var rimelig standard med dobbeltseng (to enkelte), altan med udsigt over både vand, by og bjerge, tekøkken og lille badeværelset. Badet var i ringe stand, håndholdt bruser...

"Everything was perfect! Even though we were only there for one night, we were impressed by the facilities. The staff were friendly. As we had the breakfast option included with our night and had to leave very early they prepared a box lunch for us to eat before catching the plane. "
