"I tend to judge a hotel by its bed, shower pressure and pillows. This hotel ticks the box on all 3 which should be common across all hotels but sadly isn't. The view from the front rooms is incredible and anyone staying with you should pay the little bit extra to get a view of the harbour. The shower pressure is fantastic and the towels thick and fluffy. "Rooms are slightly dated, but are large and spacious and quite well equipped. It was clearly stated that this property had no elevator and was stair access only; these rooms are definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. "

"Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The hotel is very boutique, stylish, and beautiful, and I had a great stay overall. The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I also visited the MONA Museum during my trip, which made the experience even more memorable. Would definitely stay again!Thank you"
