"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Felicidad for our stay. The beautiful front doors were a welcome site and just a hint of what it was like inside. If you appreciate solid mahogany doors and woodwork you will love the Felicidad. The staff was courteous, polite , professional and accommodating. "Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "
