He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. "Beware room 551 it is a dungeon on the 5th floor nothing like the pictures on Expedia or the hotel website - no balcony and a padlock on the window which we couldn’t open . Took us 5 hours of non stop talking to the hotel & Expedia and showing them the photos from the website to the photos we took of the room we were placed in before we were moved to a slightly better room with a balcony gave up arguing as just wanted to try and enjoy our holiday - hardly a delux room !"
