As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . I booked through Expedia but the hotel emailed me direct to offer any assistance. I travel a lot on business and I can say that is extremely rare. Through this discussion I was able to arrange an early check-in, which considering I landed 5am in TelAviv was very welcome. I was also offered a dedicated parking spot in the private multi-storey over the road, which was really useful and avoided the hassle of trying to find an on-street parking spot.
