We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. "BEAUTIFUL CLEAN PROPERTY ON THE WATER WITH PLENTY OF LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS. THEIR BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD A HUGE SELECTION OF ITEMS AND WAS DELICIOUS. WENT TO THEIR A LA CARTE RESTUARANT ONE NIGHT AND THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD. DEFINELTY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN."

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and was tasty. This is a gem of a hotel and we would most definitely stay here again."

"You often find a 5 star hotel that is middle of the road, no better than a 4 star and completely different from 5 star in other countries. This hotel, the staff, the quality and experience are what I would call truly 5 star, actually traditionally excellent 5 star. There is nothing I would find to complain about. We had an outstanding stay which has reinvigorated my faith in service, facilities, and enjoyment. Will definitely be going back and I just wish others provided this level also."

"The resort was extremely clean. Food at the buffet was excellent. Great service all around! Great little loop to walk around the bay from the hotel with a couple of beach bars along the way. No cash required which was awesome. Credit card accepted everywhere. Rooms were very spacious. Shower was excellent. Would stay here again!"
