"The outside of this location was in rough shape. The landscaping hasn’t been taken care of very well. It should get a face lift. The room was clean and comfortable but coffee cups were missing. Went down to refill my wife’s water cup and the water jugs were empty and had to ask for the soda machine to be turned on to get water. Also the coffee creamer was empty and they said they didn’t have any more. One last thing the pool area was out of towels and had to ask for them but they never got...

"It was a ok to stay there. I think the property just needs some new up dates/remodeling. Just brighten up the colors in the hotel is very dark but I think it’s cause it’s just an older building? And the entryway when you come in was not very displayed like the entryway, but I figured it out"

"The breakfast was your typical Best Western Breakfast. It was well stocked and the helper was so personable! We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it."

"We felt like we were with family. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great. The hot tub and pools make it so much more enjoyable. They offer a mini dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which I thought was a great asset, especially for families. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the dryer was not working when I was there. Overall, I would stay there again."

"The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly kept, the rooms smelled moldy, when asked if they had any soda for sale the guest service lady said if there’s any in the machine that all we have. The holiday Inn Express is right across the bridge and we stayed there the previous night and it was much nicer for the money!!"

"Ac worked good. Liked having hard floors. Beds looked clean and felt nice. Loved the hot water in the shower. Shower and toilet were clean. There was a small crack in the bottom of the bath tub though. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the mirror were both dirty. The bath room sink ledge was very dusty. There was a screen over a window that was pretty ripped up when looking from the outside. The coffee was good. Other than that it was good for the price."

"Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water"

"For what we used it for, it was ok. Staff friendly. Room clean, but you can tell there was water damage in the ceiling at one point. Bathroom tile in need of repair, shower curtain ripped. Towel had stains, bedding had burn holes. Pillows flat, but clean. No coffee in room. But we choose it for location close to six flags, to sleep after a day in the park. Room was hot when we got there, ac off. Turned on room unit, and it cooled down within 45 minutes, however unit randomly turned on and off...

"Had a suite... one bed was fine, the other had spring issues. Pull out couch was placed in a spot that it couldn't pull out because a bed was in the way. Front desk was not available when we needed to request more towels. Breakfast was sub par, with no protein or fruit options. Fitness center was not available to use. Pool looked dirty. TV volume was set at 100 every time it turned on, disturbing us as well as our neighbors. Overall, the worst super 8 we've ever stayed in."

"The staff was nice - but the hotel was under construction. There was an intoxicated person at the pool as we were checking in. We were checked into a dirty room. When we got to the room - the police were at the front desk and the drunken guest was a our nextdoor neighbor. It really bothered my son. The breakfast staff was super friendly."
