"This hotel is wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed this being our home base throughout our trip. The proximity to Boulder and the airport was perfect. The accommodations were really nice. The large lounge area felt like a large cozy living room. I enjoyed going down early in the morning, grabbing a coffee, and reading while my family was still sleeping. "The outside door wouldn’t even opened. The first room we were assigned was locked from the inside. The hallway smelled horrible we covered our faces to walk down it. The room smelled a tiny bit better. Both beds were dirty with hair and dirt. We slept in our clothes from the day on the bedding. I did let the front desk lady know when I asked for a blanket about the beds and she said oh. Not sure anyone actually slept"

"My room was adequate. No towels in bathroom but I did get two washcloths each with a small bar of soap. I didn't get a bedspread instead a mattress pad was my substitute bedspread. With several flat sheets. The man in the office running the office was rude and inconsiderate. He left me standing and walked off. My key wouldn't let me in my room.
