What could have been better? Aircon failed after powercut, with an improved power backup, the situation could have been resolved."

"Booked on Hotel.com for 2 days. But was denied entry by hotel staff as they did not have record of booking despite showing confirmation e-mail. Horrible experience as I had to look for other hotels at 3 am at night with family and kids."

"Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. "
