"Such an amazing place to stay.
The staff is incredible friendly and super helpful.
We had a massage, joined some yoga classes and enjoyed our time at the riverside bbq. I would highly recommend doing all these activities as they really made our stay special."

"For 900k a night it’s bit steep.
Rooms aren’t insulated so aircon struggles, beds rock hard, shower pressure is really low and place looks pretty sad and aged. Reception desk always empty, no one around to assist.
Good location though and it is right on the beach so that’s a positive. Cafe 2 door down is good. Pool never busy."

"Kura kura divers lodge was a lovely clean friendly place to stay. The staff were so welcoming and warm with only minutes walk to the beach the location was good too.
Its a super relaxed place to stay. There is a restaurant on site which is lovely and there are also many warungs and cafes in the area which are all pretty close to the lodge and are rasonably priced and great quality. We could not fault kura kura and will definitely be back."

Our stay at Hideout Element Eco Bamboo House was absolutely unforgettable. The bamboo architecture is stunning and the whole experience felt peaceful, unique, and connected to nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and relaxing with the beautiful views made it feel like a true escape from busy life.

Lovely newly built hotel, great views and staff. Needs some improvement in delivering the evening entertainment, but I'm sure they will learn with time. Some food was great, some so so. Chefs better making Indonesian dishes and lovely pasta rather than western dishes. A bit secluded so more suitable for those looking to stay in the hotel or rent a scooter

Each bungalow is separate and surrounded by luxuriant flowering vegetation. The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Padangbai, which is only 10 minutes walk away. The resort has a free bus service, on request, to and from the town. A lovely place to chill and watch the boats and ferries. Would recommend hiring a car to visit Tirta Gangga and Tenganan.

Excellent location. Kind staff. Great value. Clean and spacious accommodation. Good breakfast. Communication could be improved (better level of English would help) and there was some building work going on (noisy by the pool most days and view of building site). Really enjoyed my stay nevertheless.

Wonderful hotel in a great location
Stayed here in May 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel.
The staff were amazing and looked after us throughout our 3 nights stay.
We booked the family three bedroom villa with private pool.
The pool was a good size and the kids made use of this every day.
Breakfast could be had in the restaurant (we did twice) or delivered to the room (we did once). The standard was always the same and always plentiful. The service when going into the restaurant was a...

Really comfy room overlooking gorgeous rice paddies. Great room service and very helpful staff. Wish there had been a bit more on the menu. Overall a lovely retreat from central Ubud.

Our honeymoon stay at Kaamala was brilliant. The staff are excellent and cant do enough for you.
The rooms are large, modern and clean. The breakfast is brilliant as well getting table service first fruit plate then breads and then menu service, provided with tea, coffee and juices.
Would definitely reccomend and hopefully we get the chance to return.
Thank you so much

A beautiful hotel with very courteous staff. Villa was lovely we didnt find the outdoor furniture very comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom fab bath and shower. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. Had evening meal didnt rate it. But restaurant 2 minutes walk away was fabulous. Very close to waterfall and paddy fields. Approx 20 minutes from Ubud in the countryside so was quiet peaceful and a small cost for a driver into Ubud. The grounds of the area are beautiful too

We had a good time staying at the cottages. It was very close to the market area, only a 15 mins walk to the Ubud market. The staff was helpful too. Overall a nice experience.

The staff were amazing, they were there for any request at any given time of day, rooms were cleaned regularly to a very high standard, breakfast was great and there was even an option to receive a breakfast box in the morning if you were leaving early and wouldn't make it for breakfast which was really thoughtful and something you don't usually see in other hotels/villas. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. The only real issue was that there wasn't really a place/wardrobe to store...

We were struggling to find accomodation over Christmas and Boxing Day and happened across this little gem by accident.
Located in a side road it offers a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle, but with little businesses and a large Supermarket within a 5 minute ride.
The accomodation is spacious, comfortable and clean, whilst staff are friendly and to be honest could not do enough for us.
The owner lives on site and took time to chat with us. We were invited to watch and get...
