"Great location and excellent food options esp. sea food. However its a cashless property and that's not mentioned in expedia. Also a small irritant that my room did not have a door mat :("

The staff are very helpful and pleasant and is the only reason it could be four star but generally three star because the food is the same everyday. surprisingly you have to pay extra for shellfish seafood even on all inclusive package which I find strange as a coastal hotel and access to an ocean full of crabs and prawns."

"We took so long to check in even we arrived at 8 pm the rooms weren’t ready we waited for almost one hour to check in .. there is a huge miscommunication between staff to the point that they sent the deputy manager and the security to my room to ask me to check out on the day before my checking out and he was insisting. The toilet smelled so bad as if they never maintenance the building"
