"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service.
I was given a 2 bedroom apartment.
The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean.
The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms.
The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard.
There was no air...

"En dehors de la décoration superbe, c’est surtout l’ensemble de l’équipe (Madi est extraordinaire, toujours à vouloir le meilleur pour nous, le recherche d’attentions diverses allant même jusqu’à mobiliser l’ensemble du staf pour nous emmener sur leurs propre scooters pour une séance de massage dans un cadre somptueux!). Un séjour de 2 semaines juste parfait. Merci à tous"

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions.
Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key.
The rooms smelled...
