"Excelente Hotel y servicio. Vale la pena la distancia recorrida para llegar, recomiendo mucho estar preparado para estar dentro del hotel o realizar las actividades que el propio hotel ofrece. No hay mucho más alrededor por hacer."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned. The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps. This is a serious hazard that should be addressed...

"First getting to the hotel, the entrance road is super rocky with dirt and alot of holes. I felt bad for the uber drivers who had to pick us up with one even cancelling the ride due to the road being bad. The room was ok but no chairs no big table. There were roaches and a little crab made its way in the bathroom. The shower floor was yellow and every morning it stunk so bad. "I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good.
