"Clean and very comfy beds. Shower was great. Rooms were clean and great overall. Breakfast was really good. It’s an older property and a little rough on the exterior. Inside hallways and doors are a little rough as well but overall it’s a decent stay for the price. I would stay here again."

"Everything was really good. I want to give a shoutout to Alaina who checked us in June 6 and also checked us out June 7. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and offered to help us if we had any questions or needed anything at all. She made us feel appreciated. Anyone who was a worker said hello with a smile as they saw us. Very nice staff at this property "

"Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub."

"We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!"

"Nothing fancy here, just a nice clean place to stay. Not as updated as other hotels but again, clean and comfortable. Smaller pool but it looked like kids were still having fun. Unique check in system but hey, it works. Breakfast again nothing fancy but all the basics. Would stay again."
