"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. "The room, the view, the amenities and especially the staff was truly 5 star, best I have seen. The staff especially makes you feel comfortable and very much appreciated, a mutual feeling I can assure them What can be improved is the quality of breakfast, which I feel for a resort like that was very very sub-par. Just cause you fill all the space doesn’t mean there is quality of food- please consider a wider variety of items "
