"Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet. "Wir sind immer mal wieder in Basel um Familie zu besuchen, das Hotel erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen und wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Die Lage ist top, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, da wir mit Kleinkind reisen. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist super und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant abends lohnt sich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch."

Breakfast very good selection and limited food selection at their lounge for lunch/dinner. Microwaves available in common area for use. No fridge in room but there is a coffee station in room. "I would 10/10 stay at this hotel again! The included breakfast was amazing with the most polite staff! The front desk people were also very knowledgeable provided my check in promptly. The cleaning staff was incredible refilling my rooms nespresso shots and water daily! The only thing was how small the gym is, only one treadmill and dumbbells to 9kg with minimal room to exercise.
