"Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

"I have asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in"

"Gated beautiful resort with nice mountain terran and river view. Very quiet can only hear bird churpping and grassharper. Walking distance to night market local foods so delicious and cheap. Hotel provides daily breakfast and 1 dinner very yummy chicken. Employee and manager very accomadating to everything we request or need."

"There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen...
