Cari Hotel di Distrik Lucknow

"Unfortunately, my stay at Taj Lucknow was disappointing and not what I expect from a Taj property. Upon arrival, the bedding was noticeably damp. To their credit, staff responded and changed it, but we later discovered the replacement sheets were damp as well. We were told this was because the linens are steamed. Regardless of the reason, I slept in wet sheets at a luxury hotel. More upsetting was my experience walking through the lobby to the pool. I was wearing a swimsuit with a cover-up and...

"The hotel is under renovation so temporary inconvenience but strong paint smell for sensitive people . Staff was courteous. Ok for short stay"

"Excellent services, professional staff, clean room, business friendly"

"The staff in the Taj Club and the breakfast restaurant Machan were outstanding. The hotel had some bugs to be worked out still (our shower needed some maintenance to increase the pressure) but staff got it sorted out right away."

"Wifi is a no brainer. Was not possible to log in with room and last name. Managed once to log in via coupon from reception but only worked 15 min and extremely slow. Ols address this as it is a basic need for any hotel"

"Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods."

"I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of items. Service staff was unbelievably professional and helpful. Not to mention the most gorgeous mall directly across the street. If my travels ever find me in Lucknow again, I will 100% stay here."

"Staff at breakfast were particularly helpful, the boss at breakfast was a lovely man"

"It is ok kind of stay but not excellent. Over all we are staying during transit and it worked out well"

"This place was terrible!!! Stay away!"

"Super helpful staff, hotel with old style decor, overall it was a good stay."

"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food.
