"We've stayed here for a few years in a row because we like the place and the location, but starting to wonder if we'll be back. Every year the housekeeping is spotty, but this year we stayed 9 nights and our room got clean towels and the garbage emptied TWICE. I'm paying around $2000 Canadian, but I have to shlep down to the desk and exchange my dirty towels for clean ones and empty my own garbage? If you aren't going to do it Mon-Fri, take the sign off the bathroom mirror saying you do!"

"Even though , the front desk staff was nice, property itself is very poorly managed. Laundry room is non operational. We rented 4 rooms on our way to overseas, and stayed there on our way back, just because we pre booked and were exhausted from an international flight. 2 of the rooms had no AC/heating, 9 out 15 people made it back home to Seattle sick. Won't stay there again."

"Had ants in my first room 401 moved me to 433. Carpet in rooms and hallways extremely dirty"

"I didn’t like that I was not notified that they would be working on a window in a room that I rent out, you do not enter people’s private property without letting them know first and u also don’t just go insides someone’s room without probable cause next time notify someone about what’s goin on or just wait until they arrive to complete whatever it is that wasn’t discussed ahead of time."
