"Every stay is amazing!! I was on the first floor for the first time and it was very nice!!"

"It took some time to get service to check in. Once checked in, the hall had a funny smell and our room smelled like cigarettes. I was also told the incidental charge would pend and fall off when we checked out at 11 the next day. Instead it fully charged my account and has not reversed. A call to the front desk said it could take a few business days to return. "

"Our stay was fine. However, we were not told in advance that its a $50.00 fee for our dog to spend the night. When I read a brief review of hotel it said it was pet friendly."

"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"You get what you pay for. This hotel had a sale for a reason. Located between two dispensaries, the hotel reeked of weed (at least the second floor). Hallways not vacuumed or clean. Room, shower, bathroom and one pillow full of black curly hairs. Pretty gross, if we didnt arrive so late would have refused room and gone elsewhere. Will never stay at this chain of hotel again."

"This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall. A remnant of a roach or some kind of insects leg was firmly planted on one of the walls. The beds were semi stained and had cheap sheets, felt like a...

"My only issue is breakfast should go til 9:30/10 am. Don’t let the lady start closing it down before 9 am which is when it closes. Both times we stayed she started closing before 9 am!"
