"The good - Everything about the facility, staff, food was on point. Something you should know - There is the main road in the valley that is rt next to the facility/rooms and is heavily used with lots of vehicles and transport trucks which made the room rather annoyingly noisy. Your sitting on the balcony looking at the river and beautiful grounds and the consistent vehicle noise is a bummer. Bring your ear plugs"

"Whenever we drive through Montana this is a must stop. It’s obvious when the owners of any motel care about their property, service, and customers. You will be pleased you stayed here."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the customer service. When I arrived, the front desk staff were basically unresponsive. I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, and throughout the interaction they barely looked at me or seemed interested in helping. The room appeared fairly clean, but there was a strange, unpleasant odor. Yeah, overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service completely overshadowed the stay. I would not recommend this hotel...

"The room key malfunctioned most of the time. The toilet didn’t flush without holding down the knob. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly enough."

"Absolutely gorgeous area with lovely views and kind strangers. Our cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable. We brought our rocking chairs out front to watch the sunset and various passers-by. The cleaning material used in the cabin before or arrival was a bit overwhelming, so we assured the cabin a bit."
