"PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi."

"Nice central location with a secure perimeter. Clean but needs a deep clean program to frequently get areas that are missed on daily service. Toilet sprayer needs frequent sanitizing due to its nature and it was lacking. Windows and carpets need to be part of cleaning maintenance cycle to increase the positive experience. "From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base… I kept extending .. just couldn’t leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of “Warm Heart” hospitality!"
