"All the employees -- including the reception and cleaning staff -- were competent and super friendly. The location is ideal for getting to the Stare Miasto and Lazienki Park, and city transit. The rooms are comfortable laid out, and the beds are wonderful."

"Breakfast is not included, they will surprise you by asking you if you want to pay for breakfast. Don't do it, their breakfast is a joke, a very tiny small section, no options, no quality.
On top of paying extra for a useless breakfast, they will charge you 80 PLN/day for parking, which they advertise as available but they hide the fact that you have to pay extra for it.
Save your money and book at a hotel that values it's customers and have included breakfast and parking.
They make it look...

"The hotel is lovely and grand, with a great bar. The staff at the bar were phenomenal! The rooms could do with w little bit of renovating/ redecorating.
There was no real issues but I really didn’t like that the wardrobe was in the bathroom. This was a problem because clothes were in a steamy bathroom. And when one person was having a shower, the other one couldn’t be getting ready.
Otherwise - all good and a great location!"
