"We had a very nice stay for two nights. Both pools are excellent, staff are very friendly, the room was clean and had modern amenities. Breakfast was excellent however, we had lunch at the hotel one day and it was only okay. There are a few monkeys around the property however, most never come into the actual hotel. For note, the hotel is based on top of a hill which is a very steep climb. While there is an outdoor lift for luggage and personal use, it does operate very slowly so the stairs...

"I don’t even know where to begin to describe this place. It felt like home from the very moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. We felt so genuinely cared for throughout our stay that we honestly wished we could have stayed forever. "I was very unhappy with this accommodation, which we paid £200 per night. On arrival the hotel staff and checking was very nice, our room was on the fourth floor via the lift and very, very steep stairs to the room. The bathroom was awful totally open to the outside world view with plastic curtain which kept blowing around in the wind, when you were trying to take a shower. This wasn't shown in photo's on your website or mention in the description to this room. Also no desk in the room, or...

"Once of the best stays while on vacation in Sri Lanka. Clean rooms, conveniently located and friendly staff. The food was amazing as well. They took good care of us from day one. I left my iPods in my room and didn’t even realize it until they called me after we checked out and left to let me know. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. "Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water. The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access. We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good...

"Eerst zat ik in kamer zonder Airconditioning (ze hebben er maar 1) die was enorm vochtig en de badkamer stonk gigantisch. Dag erop naar kamer met AC gegaan en die was veel beter, maar ook duurder. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk"

"Wir waren begeistert vom äußerst hilfsbereiten, zuvorkommenden Personal und der Lage des Hotels. Der direkte Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand und dem kleinen Pool zur Abkühlung waren eine tolle Sache. Die Pizza, die es im Gegensatz zur restlichen Karte immer gibt, war ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko sind einige Baustellen im Bereich des Möbiliars, Z.B. Lose Schranktüren, verzogene Duschtüren usw. Unabhängig dieser Kleinigkeiten hatten wir aber einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt in...
