"Very friendly staff. The room was average size, clean, and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a side table. It was well equipped with all the basics including blow dryer and iron. We also received some lavender infused face towels and refillable water bottles. They gave a refillable water station in the tower lobby which is very convenient. "Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel...
