"Rooms need to be renovated. You cas see the wear everywhere, I used the Holiday Inn E&S in multiple cities and countries. This is the worst I have ever seen. One plus, the mattress and pillows were comfortable."

"There was some confusion with payments but the staff was so kind and quickly fixed the issues. Honestly, the hospitality and kindness truly made up for the negative hiccups. "
