"Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great. However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed. "

The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also did a trekking tour organized by them, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. "I booked this property beacuse it had good reviews, however to my disappointment it wasnt the case. "Hotel had no record that we were coming. Room wasn't ready. No restaurant as advertised. No food available. Not even drinks. No lock on accessible balcony door. Not a good area which was reflected by the high gates and padlocks. Did not even check in. Left immediately. "
