"Although it is an old hotel, it is well kept. The staff is quite friendly and helpful The only hiccup was the valet parking. They took way too long to bring our car down when we requested it using their system. The hotel is very well located by the Riverwalk, and the breakfast is pretty decent"

"Stayed 2 nights. First night in showering I see a dirty rag from the previous guest. The 2nd night I shower and the shower flooded the room. I tell the front desk, they give us keycards to another room, but it’s already 2 am and we check out at 11am. No point just give us towels. After leaving I now have Lowe tire pressure likely to a puncture in my tire. Will not be staying again."

"We loved the water park area. My kids had a blast and it wasn’t overcrowded The room was really nice, comfortable bed pillows and shower. The water was hot in the bath and shower! Something I need when I stay anywhere. Great experience overall. We had dinner at Cibolo Moon. My kids got the buffet and I ordered the salmon and Brussels sprouts."

"There is construction going on around the building that is projected to take 2 years; however I did not hear any construction from my room. The room was small in square footage; however the space is well designed, purposeful, modern and clean. The valet and check in desk employees were welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again."

"This was our first time visiting this property and we found the staff to be super helpful, especially regarding dietary restrictions. The dining buffet is also a bargain for anyone under 12 as you just pay your age! For poolside, there also seemed to be plenty of lounger - finding shade was the only tricky part. We would definitely go back!"

"Honestly I love how close it is to the riverwalk like elevator down to river walk. Everything was clean and decent. You have to pay for parking but downtown your going to do it anyways. No breakfast for free but honey go to German spot down the road soo good. Staff was helpful because I didn’t bring toothpaste and they had me cover."
