"We loved our stay. Location was perfect. Very convenient parking. Restaurants are very nice on the property. We did not have to go anywhere at all. Rented jet ski on the marina and had wonderful time."

"With the money we spent on the suite I would expect the room to be cleaner and curtains intact there was mold in the bathrooms and in the outside patio closet the room never seemed to cool off past 70° positive was the game room as my 14year old son enjoyed the pool was nice the movie theater was pretty cool the service at fire and ice by the pool could have been alot better. Im undecided if I wanna visit again or not"

"Second time staying here since March. Although the building is older, the rooms are updated and impeccably clean! We used the pool for a couple hours in the afternoon and it was very nice. Encore Lakeside Grill on the property has very good food, great service and beautiful view!"

"Breakfast was unexpectedly good! The freezer needed defrosting, but otherwise the room was very good."

"The pool was empty. The Expedia listing advertised a full service pool. There was no water pressure at the bathroom sink or shower. The rooms were not clean. The common areas were covered in trash and cigarette butts. No effort to correct any of these issues. We will never stay here again."

"Did not stay when we turned the cover and found roaches. Entry way couch looked and smelled like someone slept on it with their pets. Not a clean place. I will tell people to stay away unless you want to take home their insects."

"We stayed 3 days. The smoking area was filthy and trash was all over the back parking lot. The breakfast only consisted of eggs and waffles and apples. No milk or cereal for breakfast."

"The bed at this Holiday Inn was the best bed I have slept in besides my own. Very comfortable. They did need to take the trash in the front out. It was full overflowing. Everything else was great! Great breakfast also."

"Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer."

"The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food"

"My husband and I were there for a couple days for our anniversary. What a wonderful little resort! The cabins were nice and clean, the Silo Bar was a lot of fun and the lounge was great with fantastic pizza. The everyone was so nice. It is right on the water along with a pool. Definitely would recommend and we are looking to stay there again."
