"L’hôtel est à rafraichir. Chambre attribuée coté rue donc je redescend et demande une autre chambre. Il n'y en a plus et de toute manière la nuit il n'y a pas de bruit surtout un samedi soir..... la personne n'a jamais dormi dans ces chambres et me fait croire que Monaco est différent du reste de la planète le samedi soir. Résultat : pas dormi car les démarrages en cote au feu rouge sous la fenêtre sont bruyants surtout sans double vitrage.... Pas de lumière dans les toilettes à notre...

"Property was stylish. Room was lovely with two nice balconies. No safe as advertised. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Above the Monaco beach area, just a short but steep walk. A bit of a bigger schlep to the train station etc. but so much cheaper than staying in Monaco proper. And pretty quiet! Oh--and there's a lovely market essentially next door. Would stay there again."

"Beautiful location and the Italian gentleman who works the front desk was so kind! We were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators in the hotel so dragging the suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging. Besides that, the view on the patio was stunning, the bathroom was cute, and they left us a bottle of wine to welcome us which was so sweet. All in all I would highly recommend this place. "

"Best view in Nice. Very nice staff. The interior is a little tired but the building itself is one of the grand properties from the early twenties so you can forgive it being a little frayed at the edges. The only improvement that needs to be address is the carpeting in the rooms. It is stained in places and everyone would be better served if hard flooring took its place."

"Breakfast was good and included. The staff was nice. Very nice beach view. Clean room. The A/C could use an upgrade. But depending on if you go in April. Leaving the patio doors open does cool the room down very well. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "

"The beach is just across the street and easy to access. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but not in the middle of the highest concentration of people."
