"WiFi was either not working or connection was poor due to the hotel being full and so many devices all on at once. Luckily I have my own mobile hotspot so I just connected to it and everything was fine."

"I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

"They changed our reservation details without asking us first. They changed from a two king beds room to a one king bed/one sofa bed and thought that that would be fine. After bringing the issue to night desk they switched us to two queen beds. Cleaning crew also left gear in the room that we had to remove. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t good. Selection was poor. Not worth staying there."

"We had a great experience during our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!"

"I truly thought the property was abandoned when I pulled in due to the overgrown weeds in the parking lot and no signage on the building. Bed had collapsed in the middle and was like a taco. Old, worn, pilled sheets. Stains on the carpet, and the bedroom walls were dirty with some brownish liquid that had run down the wall and dried. The pro’s? It was quiet and felt safe (in spite of one of the side entrance doors not even having a lock)."
