"Would be nice to have an elevator and microwaves inside the rooms. The closest microwave on the 2n floor i was able to get to, came to find out, it doesn’t work. I’ve Had a few luggage's that was needed to take upstairs and i had to do it myself with a big stomach, currently at 6 months pregnant and had to carry luggage’s by myself. "Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. "

"I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud...

"Breakfast staff had an employee on one of the days that was compulsively rude and needed to be told several different times to leave our family alone. This resulted in that staff member spraying tables down and making sure the spray was hitting our family and food at the tables. Tried talking with management was told by a person at the desk they would talk to the employee. Submitted a complaint and received nothing back 6 days later. "
