"Super location. Bed and pillows great. Breakfast buffet was good. Had a station to make omelets, etc. Would have liked a better selection of pastries. Very close to many restaurants. We parked our car in garage and did not take it out till we left. Able to walk everywhere."

The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. "This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one.
