"Visited from Canada. Property is old, one elevator was not working for all 3 nights I stayed. Big lineups for one elevator which was working. Staff were courteous and helpful. Yet does not give the experience of the price I paid for."

My only negatives would that the breakfast buffet wasn’t very hot, and staying above the train lines was very noisy. I wish i had known how loud and close the trains were and how much it would impact my sleep so i could have requested a room on a higher floor. Perhaps complimentary ear plugs would help but otherwise happy with...
