We had two stays booked at Illampu, before and after a tour to the Uyuni salt flats. I had left a suitcase stored with the hotel during our tour. We were on the 7th floor and a party upstairs on the 9th continued until almost 1am, with loud music coming down the open sides of the building and into our room. When I went to discuss with reception, the manager Mariana Pereira gave me the option of dealing with it or leaving the hotel (at midnight).
