"My family and I drove 3 1/2 hours to these cabins. Once we got there the key code did not work. When I spoke with the lady whom resides in another state, she said they tried to get my phone number from Expedia but could not, (she had my number because I text her the day before) to tell me that they had no one there to clean the cabin and that they did not have another cabin available. "My stay was fantastic, but Expedia refuses to display the correct pictures for the cabin. After speaking with the owner, it seems this happens continuously. Don’t count on Expedia when you book it’s better to book directly through Turner Falls. The owner was more than accommodating to fix the issue!
