"I have stayed here a number of three times prior to operations at Northwell Hospital, it’s in a great location wonderful amenities, everyone is so kind. I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!"

"So this is a basic hotel in an expensive town. It wants to be special, but it isn’t. It is honestly a little weird. Here’s my story: Check in: mildly annoyed desk agent would not check me in, spouse name on reservation. Ugh. I booked Expedia so I didn’t think to add myself. So, we are at an impass. But no! There’s an answer! Just call here on your cell, and have her tell us it is ok for you to check in and add yourself to the reservation. Done. Fine. What was the point of that...

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...
