"Upon entering the room we were impressed by the blue led lighting strips. It gave us the sense that we were going into a room of the future. However, they have enough other lights that we were able to read without any effort. (I don't really like hotels that are mood-lit and never able to make bright enough to read anywhere). The bath tub was wonderful. It is so great to sit and soak after a great trek."

"The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "I appreciated the improvements to the rooms I stayed in, compared to past trips. This included such things as better lighting, or better shower layout. Location is fairly convenient to access all things in Thamel, and taxis were readily available at the hotel for daytime excursions. Breakfast was abundant, and staff were universally helpful and smiling. Their friendliness certainly enhanced the comfort and joy of my stay. I have stayed here multiple times in past years and would return!"
