"Great location modern apartments. Nice pool area and hot tub. Helpful staff. Our apartment was unfortunately quite dark as didn't get the sun most of the day and we had initial apartment balcony cleanliness issues but these were addressed quickly by the staff when brought to their attention . Hardly surprising as the the sliding doors to the balcony were very sticky and almost impossible to open throughout our stay so would have been an issue for the cleaning staff. "Great central location, close to everything. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to return we would request a brighter room position to avoid the musty smell."

"Beautiful stay! Great location across the road from the beach. Great hotel amenities - room service, onsite restaurants, pool. Rooms are a little small (especially bathroom), but we loved our ocean view balcony room. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"Fantastic views over Newcastle and South Newcastle beaches. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided at no extra cost. The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. "
