"Staff is very courteous and helpful. They go above and beyond to make guests welcome. The over water bungalows are an amazing experience! A private deck leads down to the water for swimming and snorkeling right from your room. Coral reefs are right outside your door. "

"It's a really nice place....people nice and helpful.....but, my lord, food is expensive and pretty mediocre. I am given to believe that's the nature of all of Palau so don't know that this should reflect on the hotel Solely. The Drop Off restaurant very close by has cheaper and better food "

"In every visit I find at least one thing new that pleases me as the facility is under renovation (only during daytime) The room I stayed had an amazing ocean view, nice air conditioning, nice and comfy bedding, bouncy towels, good hair dryer. My stay was relaxing that I didn’t want to leave. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes, with fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt noodles and so on. And all staff members are always kind and welcoming. I have nothing to complain about :-) "

"Excellent staff. Problem was our room was above the bar/restaurant The canoe House( which is very good) which on Friday and Saturday have loud caterwauling noise and singers until 2 am. Good luck getting any sleep"

"The resort asked me what time I would check in and I checked in about 15 minutes after I said I would. Despite that, the small room air conditioner had not been turned on and it was over 90 deg F in the room when I arrived after 5 pm in the evening. I left for 3 hours hoping it would cool down but it was still warm when I came back. The room opens up to a common room, so I turned on the air con in the common room and that cooled my room down although with less privacy! The rooms come with HUGE...
