"It's a really nice place....people nice and helpful.....but, my lord, food is expensive and pretty mediocre. I am given to believe that's the nature of all of Palau so don't know that this should reflect on the hotel Solely. The Drop Off restaurant very close by has cheaper and better food "

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We stayed as a family of 3. Lovely cold airconditioning in the rooms and some great in ground pools and jacuzzis. If you're up for a walk, a big shopping centre is only 10 mins walk away. The National Museum is next door, which is worth a visit. Great gift shop too! Some small shops near the hotel to stock up on beers and refreshments and a taxi ride to and from restaurants can be arranged for around...

"Staff was great. Room lived up to expectations. Staff was always going out of their way to help everyone and ask if they were enjoying their stay. They communicated very effectively. The cleaning staff (I think) is a family. I oy talked to them once but were very friendly too. The free postcard to mail back home is one of my favourite ideas. "I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists"
