"In an all-inclusive resort, I expect to have food at all times. We showed up at 5 pm hungry from the airport and were told dinner is till 7 pm. There is no other option but to wait because there are no additional restaurants to buy food or snacks. My room shower overflowed and all the room floor got wet; I had to call the front desk and have maintenance come to fix it and dry the floor. "El hotel es increible, la propiedad , la playa privada , la paz y tranquilidad, la villa es simplemente perfecta, muy bien construida con ventilacion ,vista , privacidad y espacio. La comida es 100 veces superior a lo que comimos durante nuestro viaje a Nicaragua. El personal es muy amable. Un 100 , me encantaria volver. "

"It was advertised as a retreat but they played loud music constantly. The chairs around the pool were all switched to uncomfortable wood ones, and while our room was technically clean it stunk so badly of bleach. If the music was calming and they had comfortable seats I’d recommend it. "
