"Old hotel in need of a refurbishment, occasional power cuts, dated rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more a decent 3 star hotel (but hotel also cheaper than normal 5 star hotels). Staff does not have a can do attitude, quite the oppositeand not very useful. Breakfast very basic but ok. Food in restaurant was good. "

"This hotel is one of the best choice for stay at Havelock. I booked a room with pool view (recommended), it was spacious, clean, very good interiors, good AC, and had big bathroom with bathtub. Pool was nice & clean, though not a big one. Free complimentary breakfast was ok ok. Food was a bit pricy, but there are many restaurants nearby."

"This hotel provides a great calm place to relax. The gardens are beautiful and are well maintained. The beach is rocky but there are swings and hammocks to relax on, also you can see lots of marine life activity amongst the rocks, we spent hours there. The breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay. "
