"I reached the hotel late (around 11 PM). I kept knocking on the door but no one opened the door. I had to spend the night outside."

Negatives: The hot water in the bathrooms was hardly hot, and couldn’t shower as it was cold on one of the days. I wish they would turn on the air conditioning for the common areas/lobbies, as it was warm. The Wi-Fi was slow and flaky. "
