"The Split AC in the room blasts right down on the beds..two of us got sick from it..also they charged us for the 3rd bath towel even knowing there were 3 of us in the room!!"

"Everything was great, including the location, staff, and convenience. However, for about 90% of my stay, I didn’t feel safe. Every night, around 12mn-2am, someone would try to open my doorknob. I have a doorknob alarm that would turn on every night, confirming my suspicion."

"Loved every minute of our stay in the Grand Tiki Room. Enough cannot be said about the excellent staff, beautiful view, and peaceful serenity. Two suggestions: Please replace that plant in the corner of the room with a functional chest of drawers - we had no place to put our things so pretty much lived out of the suitcase. Also, some hair conditioner in the bathroom would be nice"
