Cari Hotel di O'Higgins

"Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality. Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table. Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasn’t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to...

" "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—central and convenient to everything I wanted to see. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely warm, helpful, and went out of their way to be friendly. It made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again." "

"Amazing. Definitely worth it"

"Excelente y original experiencia boutique Una propuesta realmente innovadora.

"The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the local restaurants and wineries. The room has a balcony which was fabulous. Properly was well maintained and beautiful. Definitely would come back to this property."

"The breakfast was fantastic, and the servers were enthusiastically accommodating. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Simon at the front desk spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience even better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Very good staff"

"Excelente!

"We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, only to find out it's not heated, nor open in their winter, even though it is indoors. Then we had the surprise of having to pay for a child with us, even though we had reserved and paid for a room with two beds. What they charged us was equivalent to what an entire stay at a cheap hotel in Chile would have cost us. The room was very spacious but the bathroom fan didn't work, which was unpleasant at times, if you know what I mean."

"Quiet location on the outskirts of the city. Very nice hotel and room. "

"Awesome and totally dreamlike location. I can not praise this place enough. I did not even miss the tv-set. Why watch television with all that beauty around me?!"

"Very attentive staff; food was outstanding; great place to relax and enjoy nature"

"This hotel has a wind swept dusty feel - a new coat of paint needed perhaps, but I loved it. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a clean bathroom. Definitely better value for money then expected."
