"It’s more basic than a Super 8 with lots of renovation refuse around the property. Internet was so slow it was almost unusable. That said, the room itself was clean, no smells, and, well that’s all there is to be said for it."

"The staff were very helpful and attentive. We stayed there over a week, and experienced a few small glitches. They went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect; slightly out of town, so quiet, but a short walk into town. The. hot tub was extremely clean and well taken care of. The breakfasts were varied and very good. They even provided gluten-free granola and breakfast cakes. On a morning when the only egg options contained meat, the cook was happy to make us a scrambled...

"It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe."

"Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. "

"We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!"
