"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff members were very attentive. They accommodated all of our requests and everyone showed such kindness to me and my husband. We ate at the restaurant more than once and the food and service were excellent. The room was nice and comfortable and the lake behind the property made for a really nice view. I highly recommend this property. It’s also well situated within walking distance of restaurants and also close to shopping."

"the property was Dirty, Our bedding are smelly. We run out of towels and we had to wait the next day to have towels. I paid for the room with balcony but there was no chairs at the balcony as it shows on the pictures. the carpet for the entire Hotel are smelly and dirty. I had to buy a new pillow cases and bed covers to be able to sleep due to the smell of the bed covers and pillow cases. there was no cleaning attendant. Upon check in, the information informed us that they do not clean...

"Great location near restaurants and a nice mall.
The property looks like a country club from the outside, with a spacious lobby and a bar/coffee bar.
The staff was friendly when we arrived early. They took our name and said they'd alert us when the room was ready.
After lunch, our room still wasn't ready at 3:40. The staff wasn't sure when it would be, so we left again. Ten minutes later, we got a text that our room was ready. It would have been easier to ask us to wait in the lobby for...
